    Bally wins ‘Genius’ ranking after new site launch with eCommera

    Bally chose eCommera to manage the implementation of Demandware because of their extensive experience in deploying the software, their strong track record for rapid delivery and the trading support offered by the Services team.

    eCommera designed and launched eight sites for Bally. The responsive sites gave Bally global coverage with localised sites for the UK, Switzerland, France, Germany, Italy, Europe, the US and an international site to serve all other markets. In addition to delivering a global presence, the new sites quickly won industry recognition, rising in rank from number 46 on L2’s Digital IQ Fashion Index to number 4, giving the Bally site a “Genius” ranking.

    Berghaus sees immediate sales increase after launch of new site with eCommera

    Berghaus, part of the Pentland Group, chose to work with eCommera because of their strong track record in rapidly delivering robust SaaS commerce solutions for clients including Jaeger, Clarins and House of Fraser. eCommera delivered a fully integrated solution, which included an international-ready commerce platform leveraging Demandware’s leading digital commerce solution and eCommera's retail Order Management System (OMS). These solutions were then tightly knitted to Pentland Group’s existing SAP ERP system.

     

    The beauty of global online retail. eCommera launches 48 sites for Clarins

    Internationally renowned cosmetics and beauty group, Clarins, planned an ambitious digital roadmap that included international web and mobile stores for its luxury beauty brands. Key for Clarins was the ability to support multiple sites while allowing them the flexibility and quality of service to maintain the integrity of each of their brands. Turning to eCommera, the organisations worked together to deliver 48 sites on the Demandware platform serving a global marketplace across Asia, Europe and North America. The sites included a Beauty Consultation Tool, through which users create their personalised beauty regimes online. This bespoke tool delivered 150% conversion uplift for the Clarins brand.

    DeFacto & eCommera: A solid plan to deliver ROI from omni-channel retail

    DeFacto, the leading Turkish fashion retailer, chose eCommera to help them design an omni-channel roll-out plan. This was not only because of eCommera's ability to quantify the value of services, but also due to their experience working with some of the world’s biggest retailers, such as House of Fraser and Asda, in launching high-impact, omni-channel initiatives.     Jimmy Choo digs its heels into global eCommerce with eCommera

    Jimmy Choo had ambitious plans to grow their eCommerce business. The brand had an established business trading in English with three currencies, but there was a clear opportunity for Jimmy Choo to provide localised sites for key markets. Jimmy Choo worked with eCommera’s Retail Services team to conduct a deep dive analysis into market opportunity. The analysis provided recommendations for market selection, each with an operational plan for roll-out.     When luxury beauty retailer Space.NK was ready to build its brands globally, they naturally looked to the web and eCommerce as their vehicle of choice.
