    Bally wins ‘Genius’ ranking after new site launch with eCommera

    Bally chose eCommera to manage the implementation of Demandware because of their extensive experience in deploying the software, their strong track record for rapid delivery and the trading support offered by the Services team.

    eCommera designed and launched eight sites for Bally. The responsive sites gave Bally global coverage with localised sites for the UK, Switzerland, France, Germany, Italy, Europe, the US and an international site to serve all other markets. In addition to delivering a global presence, the new sites quickly won industry recognition, rising in rank from number 46 on L2’s Digital IQ Fashion Index to number 4, giving the Bally site a “Genius” ranking.

    Berghaus reaches new frontiers for online growth with eCommera

    Berghaus, part of the Pentland Group, chose to work with eCommera because of their strong track record in rapidly delivering robust SaaS commerce solutions for clients including Jaeger, Clarins and House of Fraser. eCommera delivered a fully integrated solution, which included an international-ready commerce platform leveraging Demandware’s leading digital commerce solution and a fully integrated order management system.

     

    The beauty of global online retail. eCommera launches 48 sites for Clarins

    Internationally renowned cosmetics and beauty group, Clarins, planned an ambitious digital roadmap that included international web and mobile stores for its luxury beauty brands. Key for Clarins was the ability to support multiple sites while allowing them the flexibility and quality of service to maintain the integrity of each of their brands. Turning to eCommera, the organisations worked together to deliver 48 sites on the Demandware platform serving a global marketplace across Asia, Europe and North America. The sites included a Beauty Consultation Tool, through which users create their personalised beauty regimes online. This bespoke tool delivered 150% conversion uplift for the Clarins brand.

    DeFacto, the leading Turkish fashion retailer, aspired to become the first Turkish retailer to offer a truly omni-channel experience to customers. The company saw omni-channel retail as one of the biggest opportunities to continue its dynamic growth while improving profitability. DeFacto chose eCommera to help them in their omni-channel ambition not only because of eCommera's ability to quantify the value of services, but also due to their experience working with some of the world’s biggest retailers, such as House of Fraser and Asda, in launching high-impact, omni-channel initiatives.

    Armed with a compelling business case, DeFacto’s management team succeeded in getting the board’s approval for its omni-channel ambition and then worked with eCommera to implement the plan. This included implementing a full-service, flexible order management system, allowing the retailer to launch click and collect, ship from store and reserve and collect services, which have proved to be a big hit with customers.

    Jaeger: A designer online shopping experience

    British heritage brand Jaeger wanted to take their digital presence to the next level - ensuring the online shopping experience reflected the brand values. They chose to work with eCommera because of their strong track record in running sites on the Demandware platform and their ability to provide strategic and operational support. eCommera launched the initial site in 4 month's time and then worked closely with Jaeger to optimise site design and functionality to meet the demands of its customers.

     

     

     

     

     

    Jimmy Choo digs its heels into global eCommerce with eCommera

    Jimmy Choo had ambitious plans to grow their eCommerce business. The brand had an established business trading in English with three currencies, but there was a clear opportunity for Jimmy Choo to provide localised sites for key markets. Jimmy Choo worked with eCommera’s Retail Services team to conduct a deep dive analysis into market opportunity. The analysis provided recommendations for market selection, each with an operational plan for roll-out. With a strategic plan in place, eCommera delivered four localised sites for the luxury shoe retailer on the Demandware platform.

    Tempur recognised the power of the online channel in supporting their international network of retailers as well as driving direct sales. As a global brand, known all over the world for their famous NASA-inspired mattresses and pillows, Tempur needed a truly international digital presence. eCommera worked with Tempur to launch 32 sites across 26 markets covering all corners of the globe – from Japan to Finland to Brazil to Australia.
