- PMO Lead
Reporting to the Director of Engineering and Operations
Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a best practice champion who will apply proven skills and experience in the definition and implementation of process and governance improvements to support our software delivery life cycle.
As a champion for our commitment to continuous improvement, you will ensure process and governance is adopted, such as quality gates and risk / issue management. In addition, you will be responsible for resource planning and assignment against defined priorities as well as chairing post implement reviews
As the successful candidate, you will have gained at least 3 years experience in a similar role, and can demonstrate proven PMO design and implementation. You will have a track record of process improvement, be hands on and delivery focused. Analytical and modelling skills are essential, as are demonstrable experience in communicating required processes and achieving buy in.
- Engagement Manager
The frontline of any project but here we really focus on the client partnership! The major focus for this role is the management of the customer relationship whilst applying your honed PM skills to ensure a successful and profitable relationship for both parties. Using best practice and applied experience, your key responsibilities will be the planning, communication and effective execution of our projects in accordance with agreed budgets, timescales, process and quality targets. Bringing together the Solution Strategists, Development, QA/Test and Support teams, this really is a team effort and is totally reliant on your skills to understand the risks and priorities. With a mixture of new projects as well as long term relationships, your ability manage the account will be the key to our ongoing success. You will ensure the retailer is aware of all services and options and aid in their decision making process. This role will only suit individuals who are able to demonstrate proven project management experience in retail/ecommerce alongside strong customer focus. You can recognise and can deliver real added value, whilst being service oriented. The environment is highly dynamic, challenging but always rewarding.
- Multilingual Engagement Manager
All of the above but you must be business fluent in English and one of the following languages. French, German, Spanish or Italian. This role has the added opportunity to work across Europe but continue to be based from our London offices.
- Associate Project Managers

- Solution Strategist
Working alongside the Engagement Manager, this is a highly technical role is responsible for overall design and technical implementation of the solution and as such the solution strategist will be expected to provide the leadership / direction technical competence to deliver excellent solutions. Although there is likely to be limited if any hands on development, exceptional development skills are required in order to make sure the optimal solution is designed and that the developers work to the highest quality. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate proven experience of delivering in a similar role, where you will be proactive, understanding the risks and working the resolution. You will have gained experience within online retail, and ideally have familiarity with one or more of the major platforms (Demandware, ATG, Websphere Commerce, hybris etc). Technical full life cycle in a Java based environment preferably with Spring and Hibernate as well as experience of one or more ETL tools, e.g. Kettle, Talend, MSSQL SSIS. Skills and working experience of X/HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML and SQL; Oracle, MS SQL Server, IBM DB2 or MySQL.
- Web Analyst
As a member of our highly effective analytics team, you will provide our customers with analytics support to help them prioritise areas of focus and make well informed decisions to profitably grow their eCommerce business. Working with best of breed diagnostic and simulation tools, your responsibilities will be the provision of the key day-to-day web analytic support for our retail clients. Your analysis will provide clear, concise, action oriented recommendations and assist with the development of analytics tools. There will also be the opportunity to provide ad-hoc training to nominated retail clients for the analytical tools. The successful candidate will be a strong driver for results. You will be a team player but must be able to demonstrate the ability to get things done independently and with the minimum of direction. Customer focus is key and your analytical skills must be of the highest level. You will have been a Web Analyst for at least 2 years and will have experience of both quantitative and qualitative based data analysis. Knowledge of web analytics tool implementation and testing techniques is essential.
- Graduate Analyst
This is an exciting new role, where we are offering a graduate in analytics (Business management / statistics or similar) to develop practical skills through supporting our Web Analytics team. You will be responsible for assisting with the day to day web analytics support for nominated retailers. This will involve the production of clear, concise analysis which will enable the delivery of regular reporting, accurately and on time. You will develop eCommerce and retail awareness whilst there is in-depth on the job training, including analytical tools and best practice. You will have an aptitude for numeric analysis and can demonstrate excellent problem solving skills. Your Excel knowledge will be good, whilst previous experience with analytics tools would be an advantage. Good written and verbal communications skills are essential, as are good interpersonal skills as you will be a member of a strong team.
- Client Consultant. Retail Practice
Partnering with some of the world’s leading retailers and brands, you will help them accelerate their online revenues and profit by helping make informed, targeted trading decisions to dramatically improve their online performance. Working with our team of web analysts and applying your online trading experience, you will work with the full arsenal of tools and practices to engineer real performance enhancements. As a customer facing role, you will be required to utilise your well honed communications skills to clearly present the key decisions to enable success. The successful applicant will likely be a proven online trading manager, online marketing manager or web trend specialist with proven retail experience and demonstrable competencies.
- Graduate Account Manager
This new role is offering the successful applicant the opportunity to develop skills and experiences working with the our Retail Practice Team. It is the job of this team to support top online retailers to trade effectively and profitably. Through assisting the Client Consultants, you will benefit from on the job training that will ultimately enable you to contribute through effective account management administration. Supporting the Client Consultant team to manage their day to day customer tasks, you will help ensure that they are performed in a timely and accurate manner. You will manage the team’s diaries and weekly agenda and assist in the preparation of client reports and analysis using pre-defined templates, ensuring accuracy at all times. You will be a self starter and hungry to achieve. This environment rewards individuals who seek the ‘added value’ and actively hunt out the experiences and skills that develop strong career foundations.
