Jimmy Choo digs its heels into global eCommerce with eCommera

Jimmy Choo had ambitious plans to grow their eCommerce business. The brand had an established business trading in English with three currencies, but there was a clear opportunity for Jimmy Choo to provide localised sites for key markets. Jimmy Choo worked with eCommera’s Retail Services team to conduct a deep dive analysis into market opportunity. The analysis provided recommendations for market selection, each with an operational plan for roll-out.With a strategic plan in place, eCommera delivered four localised sites for the luxury shoe retailer on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud (formerly Demandware) platform.

We’ve experienced a good uplift in sales on our US site and a substantial increase overall. This performance has really been driven by our ability to better manage our content and site merchandising to optimise the customer experience across devices – this was a key challenge and limiting factor on our previous platform.
