Following on from part 1 of our innovation series, which focused on the power of individualisation in retail, we take a look at how brands and retailers can drive innovation through hybrid digital-physical stores.

Even in the UK, with its comparatively mature eCommerce market, 87% of total retail revenue is still generated through in-store transactions, dwarfing its online equivalent. But whilst in-store transactions account for the lion’s share, they are increasingly influenced by digital. In fact, a 2015 study, the Digital High Street 2020 Report, found that £150bn of retail sales are now influenced by digital.
