To ensure the developed software meets the client requirements and eCommera quality standards within the project release cycle and established processes.
Participates in the entire software development cycle - requirements analysis, test design, test execution, reporting and documentation within estimated timelines;
Responsible for ensuring overall quality of the product;
Leads knowledge sharing initiatives within the department.
Works closely with the team lead and the business stakeholders on identifying project testing needs and estimates
Proactively identifies complex test issues and formulates strategies to mitigate impact.
Manages the creation, deployment, and strategic use of department test environments.
May oversee team’s activities when the team lead is unavailable.
May work on assignments which span across multiple projects

Assists manager in prioritization and coordination of assignments. Supports management on special projects and proposals.
Assists QA lead in technical interviews as needed
Provides quality assurance estimates for project planning purposes.
Responsible for improving domain knowledge and understanding of testing process, delivery methodology, tools, etc.
Mentors junior and less experienced team members on applications and job functions.
Highlights discrepancies in requirements and associated documentation
Reviews test plans, test cases and results, as needed.
Analyses problems reported in production application, identifies root causes and communicates results with appropriate stakeholders towards resolution.
Maintains business secrets and does not share other sensitive information that might have become familiar with;
Performs responsibilities in accordance with all communicated internal regulations;
Observes the internal rules and work discipline;

2 + years of experience on Demandware
Knowledge of Demandware business manager, configurations, promotions and site preference
Knowledge in payment and 3rd party integrations such as Google Analytics, Cybersource, Bazar voice
Should have experience in site rollouts in multiple currencies and locales.
Understanding of OOP and basic programing principles.
Very good understanding of Agile methodologies
Broad understanding of ecommerce and respective 3rd parties and integrations
Understanding of the popular browsers concepts and differences
Knowledge of non-functional testing tools (Security scanners, page performance, SEO tools)
Continuous integration and automation tools
Understanding of project quality tracking and reporting best practices/KPIs
Understanding of test documentation management best practices
